QA Technical leader
About The Position
Quali provides the leading platform for Infrastructure Automation at Scale. Global 2000 enterprises and innovators everywhere rely on Quali’s award-winning CloudShell platform to create self-service, on-demand automation solutions that increase engineering productivity, cut cloud costs, and optimize infrastructure utilization.
We are looking for an ambitious QA technical leader to join us. At Quali, you will have a unique opportunity to build automation and implement quality using cutting-edge technologies. You will collaborate with professional QAs, SW engineers, architects, DevOps and product managers
Responsibilites
• Manage testing engineers in a scrum team.
• Hands-on position 80%
• Handle multiple tasks and channels.
• Analyze logs and events.
• Create and design test scenarios to simulate different application behaviors in production.
• Identify RCA using diagnostic tools.
• Write test plans according to QA methodologies.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years as a Testing technical leader
• Minimum 3 years of write, and design STP & STD
• Working and executing testing and tasks with TFS (Azure-DevOps)
• Knowledge in bug lifecycle
• Knowledge in large DB and high storage systems
• Experience in networking, DB (SQL and NoSQL), storage
• Knowledge with TeamCity
• Understanding of CI/CD systems
• Knowledge with JavaScript, C# and python Languages
• Proven background in leading development activities from the idea phase to implementation
• Experience with Agile.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently, and as part of a team
• Self-motivated, fast learner, out-of-the-box thinking
• Good understanding of the business and customer experience.
• BSc. in Computer Science, Industrial/Electronic Engineering and/or relevant work experience
