Marketing Automation and Operations Leader

US, Austin · Full-time

About The Position

Quali is seeking Marketing Operations pro to help us expand our growth capabilities. This will require building and improving dynamic and efficient processes and flawless integrations with a growing marketing technology stack.

In this role you will create, implement, and measure plans to improve the marketing and sales pipeline and customer communication process. As a marketing operations manager, you will handle lead flow from top to bottom of funnel with automated systems to attribute lead source, track the customer journey, analyze data, report on performance of marketing campaigns and lead sources, and update budgets. You will also ensure integrations between multiple internal and external software and services and ensure compliance in handling data.

  • Manage marketing technology stack including CRM,, and tools for web traffic, surveys, email automation, and website conversion, and social media automation
  • Create campaign and lead management processes that accurately track volume, conversion rates, sources, lead attribution, and track follow up
  • Create ongoing and ad hoc KPI reporting on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and ROI of campaigns and sources
  • Analyze data to make recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure data hygiene within the marketing database
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve and optimize performance.


  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting from CRM, SFDC, Google Analytics, and other sources
  • Experience integrating marketing automation with other technologies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, startup environment
