Digital Marketing Manager - Web Strategy and Performance

About The Position

Quali is looking to hire a B2B web strategy manager with a strong background in digital marketing. The successful candidate will have a results-driven approach to analyze, experiment, and drive technical and creative changes to Quali’s website.

Responsibilities

  • Work with colleagues in Marketing, Sales, Partners, Product Management, third party agencies and others to set strategy and implement changes to drive B2B SaaS website improvements and new capabilities.
  • Monitor and report on current technical and business performance of the website.
  • Recommend and implement new capabilities to improve site speed, compliance, SEO, user experience (UX), and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Drive organic/inbound leads.
  • Convert advertising-based leads.
  • Understand, improve, and report on the user journey to provide multimedia business and technical content to encourage further engagement.
  • Plan, execute, and report on multiple A|B tests on web pages, landing pages, blog, and calls to action (CTA)
  • Set and drive KPIs from top to bottom of funnel for impressions, visitors, sessions, leads, subscribers, downloads, trials, and conversion rates for each.


Requirements

  • BS/MS degree or equivalent experience (Marketing and/or technical concentration)
  • Familiarity with website optimization vendors and technologies
  • Expertise in analysis, reporting, and managing integrations with Google Analytics, Ads, Search Manager, Tag Manager, HubSpot, Salesforce.com, Hotjar, WordPress and similar
  • 5+ years of B2B and SaaS web strategy and optimization experience
  • Communication and reporting skills to executives.
  • Proven project management skills
  • Thrives in fast-paced, software startup environment.
  • This position is located in Austin, TX.
