Product Marketing Manager - Cloudshell Pro

About The Position

Quali is looking for a tech-savvy hands-on Product Marketing Manager. In this position you will be interacting closely with the Sales, Marketing, Partners and Product organizations integrating their input into product training tools and campaigns, ensuring the product values are transmitted effectively to both potential customers and the Quali user community. In your role, you will focus on understanding lab managers, software developers, QA testers, and their managers; how they buy and their buying criteria. You will transfer that knowledge to into engaging collateral and programs. You will be accountable for delivering a product that adheres to the market needs. This role reports to the VP Product Strategy.

  • Develop and evolve market segmentation for product.
  • Understand market direction and develop a 2-year plan that ensures product growth objectives are not impacted by changes in market.
  • Perform market and technical competitive analysis and devise winning strategies.
  • Own narrative for solution-based selling.
  • Guide product management with decisions on product roadmap priorities.
  • Create competitive collateral, troubleshooting guides, and develop technical tools assisting sales team in addressing competitive offers and objections.
  • Initiate solution-based marketing campaigns and work closely with the Demand Generation team to launch, monitor and improve such campaigns.
  • Translate product messages into technical demos, videos and other tools with a goal to move targeted audiences to action.
  • Develop application notes, evaluation guides, technical white papers and other technical tools in support of sales team and marketing campaigns promoting Quali’s product value and solutions.
  • Represent Quali at marketing events and sales engagements.


Must have.

  • Experience leading product marketing for IT software products
  • Experience product marketing to enterprise organizations
  • Writing skills with a body of published/released material
  • Proven experience presenting at customer and industry events
  • Knowledge and experience of cloud services and cloud service providers
  • Experience building IT software product business cases (strategy, market opportunity, GTM, pricing, persona analysis, competitive landscape, prioritization roadmaps)

Advantageous to have.

  • IT infrastructure management experience/knowledge
  • Proven ability to work with industry analysts
  • Proven ability work and discuss products at both the technology and business levels
  • Experience delivering products to IT Operations, IT services (e.g. Lab as a Service), software testing, software development organizations
  • Experience working with service providers
  • Comfortable being hands-on with the products
