Quali is looking for a talented growth marketer with strong experience in B2B demand generation strategies, execution and all aspects of digital marketing. This person must have experience working in startup environments scaling go-to-market initiatives and with hands-on experience in marketing and sales automation platforms. Working with SaaS based platforms will be a plus. These will focus on Quali’s flagship CloudShell offering and apply to different customer use-cases and verticals. Should be a strong team player with excellent work ethics and a positive attitude.
In this role:
In this core position you will be responsible for defining and executing all campaigns for traditional and SaaS-based marketing. You should have strong experience in all aspects of growth-marketing including audience segmentation, ABM strategies, offer construction and mapping, persona-based marketing and nurturing, SEO, digital marketing and with strong tie-ins into SDR initiatives. Demonstrated revenue scaling with a strong metrics-based approach. Should enjoy working in a startup environment, be proactive and take initiative with minimal supervision. This position will report to the CMO and be based in the Santa Clara, CA office.
- Crafting strategy and executing demand generation campaigns across physical and digital marketing efforts.
- Hands-on knowledge of different sales and marketing automation and analytics platforms including Hubspot, Saleforce, Tableau, DiscoverOrg etc .
- Experience in working with e-mail campaigns, Google Adwords, SEO and re-marketing targeting different buyer-persona.
- Create a pipeline of strong leads and set up nurturing programs based on personas, accounts and use-cases.
- Experience in account based marketing concepts and pipeline building programs a must.
- Work closely with sales and channel partners globally including SDR teams to align go-to-market initiatives and scale .
- Work with content team to define specific offers tailored towards different campaigns.
- Be comfortable in stretching the dollar with creative out-of-box initiatives.
- Build dashboards and metrics that highlight campaign efficacy, ROI and deliver insights to management and establish a feedback loop.
- Manage small teams as necessary
- 10+ years in the hi-tech industry in demand generation and growth marketing in B2B software companies.
- Proven track record of scaling go-to-market initiatives and building revenue pipeline.
- Experience in traditional and digital marketing for on-premise and SaaS based platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- BS/M.S with MBA preferred.
