Job description

Quali is looking for an experienced professional to lead its global Customer Success for SaaS.
This role will be accountable for performance of Quali’s Customer Success operations, hiring and driving the Customer Success team to ensure all KPI’s budget targets are achieved.
In this role, you will work with closely with the VP of Customer Success and CEO to build, manage and operate the Customer Success SaaS practice of the company. You will be responsible for all aspects of leading the Customer Success operations to sustained success with engaged employees and satisfied customers. You will own the Customer Success performance and will be responsible for developing, maintaining and executing a business plan for expansion and renewals for our customer base.
You are expected to have a strong understanding of our Customers’ business objectives and the ability to identify and articulate how Quali’s solution supports achievement of the Customers’ strategic business goals.

Location:Austin, TX

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in selling Cloud Management / Cloud Infrastructure Automation solutions.
  • 3-5 years of relevant renewal responsibility, enterprise sales, account management, or customer success management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in building a Customer Success team from scratch, establishing a Customer Success SaaS practice, hiring A-players and training / enabling a Customer Success team to accelerated performance.
  • Experience in scaling SaaS based Customer Success operation globally / high growth.
  • Experience with customer data platforms, marketing and data technologies.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or computer science related fields. M.B.A is a plus.
