Job description

Quali, a provider of next generation orchestration and automation sandbox solutions that deliver agility, productivity and cost savings to datacenters, converged infrastructure, software defined networks and test labs, is seeking to fill a Regional Sales Manager / Account Executive position. This position will be based in the US Santa Clara Region.  In this individual contributor role the successful candidate will strive to strategically develop new business opportunities and foster client relationships, be ambitious, self-driven, and aggressive with an intense hunger for success. He or she will have a desire for having a high impact in the organization.


  • Identify, qualify and secure new business opportunities
  • Understand client needs and propose solutions/services that offer business value
  • Keep current with our product release information including sales materials, product roadmap, features, applications, and competition
  • Call on, establish and manage the customer relationship
  • Develop extensive knowledge of product capabilities and value proposition
  • Project, plan and meet revenue targets for each specified term
  • Attend industry forums, tradeshows, and events as required

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques
  • Ability to work independently, as well as cross functionally, to accomplish required goals
  • Proven ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
  • Strong meeting management and group process facilitation skills with ability to structure small and large group meetings to achieve pre-defined objectives
  • Experience in a customer-facing role and comfortable communicating with VP and C-level executives
  • Industry knowledge and experience in sales to telecom, network equipment manufacturers, service providers, Fortune 500 companies, and/or high technology companies
  • Proficient with MS Office and SalesForce
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Technical Degree (Computer Engineering, Computer Science) or MBA highly preferred. Minimum seven years proven experience selling high ticket enterprise software /IT solutions with a strong track record of exceeding targets
