Austin, TX.
Our SDRs take the lead in first conversations and Account Based Marketing (ABM) with prospects. We rely on you to make a great first impression, identify opportunities, set appointments, and conduct discovery calls. That’s why we hire motivated, professional, and hardworking people who want a career path to technology sales. Quali will work with you towards that goal.

Your Primary Objectives

  • Learn Quali products, messaging, and industry
  • Use and improve our prospect outreach processes, tools, and messaging to find new opportunities through social media, email, phone, chat bots, and more
  • Qualify inbound leads from our website as well as leads you generate to find customer opportunities
  • Prepare for and conduct discovery calls to identify how Quali can help our customers improve their business


  • Previous sales experience strongly preferred
  • A strong desire to learn and succeed in enterprise technology sales
  • Comfortable on the phone, Strong email writing skills and good judgment
  • Learn quickly and adapt to change
  • Well organized, go-getter mentality
  • Proficient with MSFT Office
  • Previous, HubSpot experience a plus
  • Previous experience with Drift or other chat bots a plus
  • Eagerness to help Quali grow and be a hero!
