Technology Partner Program Director

About The Position

The Quali business development team is looking for a hands-on program director to define and execute the partner program to recruit, educate, enable, and market with technology partners. In this role, you will work with cross-functional business groups to research partner requirements, evaluate market demand and scope and define programmatic aspects of the target ecosystem. You will work closely with the team to identify and craft the partner value proposition in the pursuit of ecosystem expansion. You have excellent communication and decision-making capabilities as well as understanding of the DevOps / technology landscape and how end users leverage the combination of technologies to achieve outcomes.

  • Program creation – define requirements and benefits for partners
  • Technology partner segmentation – research and maintain a list of “target” partners for recruitment
  • Define process to “enable” technology partners based on tiering / segmentation
  • Coordinate between internal stakeholders and partners to define and address business requirements
  • Assists in development of project task plans, facilitation of meetings, and other related tasks
  • Continued program definition, refinement and ownership


  • 8+ years of technology/software industry experience
  • Experience with DevOps/Cloud partner programs.
  • Demonstrated success in creation of new programs.
  • Must possess a great attention to detail and be capable of performing complex and challenging data analysis
  • Proven ability to lead many projects in complex situations and agile environment.
  • Very strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with internal and external audiences. 
  • Highly collaborative, team player, with the ability to operate in a matrix, agile environment.
  • Willing to travel up to 15%
  • Bachelor’s or higher technical degree preferable.
