  • Strategically align business and marketing objectives to drive partner contribution to Quali’s business 
  • Design and implement partner marketing programs and campaigns designed to create top of the funnel activity, such as digital campaigns, events, and joint promotions
  • Manage and oversee the distribution of Quali MDF funds
  • Develop differentiated partner marketing program messaging relevant to diverse partner routes to market and with an understanding of unique partner opportunities in key regions and countries
  • Work with our broader marketing team to develop Partner Thought Leadership content
  • Design, plan and implement Partner Marketing Activation, including partner launch activities (blogs, press releases, joint events, etc) in order to drive ecosystem awareness
  • Lead with a data-driven approach to the business, plan business reviews, bring insights into actions and collaborate at all levels in our organization, individual contributors and up to senior leadership.
  • Realize and maximize the full potential of the partner ecosystem through proactive planning, precise execution and a desire to continually evolve our partner strategy 


  • Passionate about partnering, you bring expertise in partner business models, and channel marketing programs that will contribute to partner success and growth
  • You bring 8+ years tech, software, SaaS partner marketing experience with a proven track record of success
  • Experience working with ecosystem partners (AWS, MSFT, Google), leading VARs, and Global SI’s strongly preferred
  • You’re a builder – you’re comfortable with ambiguity, experimentation, failing fast and learning
  • Deep understanding of marketing program development, campaigns, and demand generation
  • You are an innovator, always driving for new ways to more effectively implement, optimize and scale engagement with key audiences
  • Expertise in partner programs, partner funding, segmentation, tiering, and incentives
  • Tenacious, you have a resilient spirit driving measurable outcomes with precision and performance excellence
  • You are the voice of partner advocacy in every internal meeting you are at, ensuring that we consider impact on partners in all strategic conversations and decisions
  • You excel at building strategic relationships at all levels and both internally as well as externally
  • A strong communicator, you are skilled at adapting your messaging to meet your audiences, internally and externally facing
  • A team player, you strengthen our inclusive and diverse team built on a learning and supportive culture
  • Track record of establishing short- and long-term market and product growth goals, then executing on operating plans to achieve those goals.
