Quali is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support our rapidly scaling organization and work within the areas of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success Operations. This multifaceted role is critical as it sets the revenue team up for success via report creation, data convergence, and tool/process efficiencies. This role will spearhead many inter-department projects driving changes and improvements to completion. This positions’ work will be used as critical input enabling day-to-day sales process and forecasting, marketing intel, customer operations, and executive leadership reporting decisions.

  • Work directly with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to understand the business processes and needs. Collect, converge & process data from varying tools into usable formats for decision purposes.
  • Define and document key processes across the Quali Enterprise Customer Lifecycle, ensuring data is properly formatted and input into applicable sales stack tools (SFDC, Outreach, and so on).
  • Assist with Quali’s Customer Success teams and IT Operations to ensure RevOps system efficiencies are intact. This may include system configuration, external integrations, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Create scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign setup, conversion, nurturing, and database management.
  • Enhance sales productivity by simplifying /automating processes and driving the change process in the appropriate reporting systems that increase team productivity.
  • Assist with onboarding and training sales talent and Quali partners, enabling delivery of material via online access and portals.

  • 3-6 years work experience, with 1-2+ years in Customer Success Ops, Sales Ops, or BizOps experience at a well-established B2B SaaS company. Previous experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager a plus.
  • 3+ years’ experience with SFDC, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau (or similar BI/visualization software). Advanced Excel skills such as V & H lookups, pivot table creation & data comparisons are desirable.  
  • Experience in Sales/CSM Tool administration and/or reporting experience - in one or more of Planhat, InsightSquared, Outreach, and HubSpot is desired.
  • You know how to effectively train sales teams and explain complex technologies in layman’s terms.
  • Organization and a take-charge attitude are second nature to you. Skilled at working with diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to identify trends and digest data from diverse sources making it useful for leadership. Ability to conceptualize and create tools that will enable knowledge transfer is desired.
