“It’s very fashionable to mock the government; there’s certainly a lot of things they do that don’t seem to make sense. But at the same time the government deals with sort of a unique problem space,” said John Morello, chief technology officer at cyber security company Twistlock. “They’re usually dealing with a very strict scale system of things that are very large and have lots of data. That’s a challenge because they don’t have the flexibility due to regulation.
