ACCOUNT MANAGER – CENTRAL & EAST
Location: Central or Eastern Time Zone
We are looking for a relationship-driven Account Manager to own the growth and success of an assigned portfolio of enterprise accounts across the Central and Eastern US. Your primary mission is to deepen Quali’s footprint within existing customers through renewals, platform expansion, and upsell opportunities, while sourcing new logos through our partner ecosystem.

Position Summary
The Account Manager will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and oversee an assigned portfolio of approximately 20-25 named enterprise accounts across the Central and Eastern US time zones. The role is split between growing and retaining the existing customer base (~70%) and sourcing net-new logos through channel and technology alliance partners (~30%).
This is a remote position requiring approximately 25–35% travel within the territory to conduct executive business reviews, attend partner events, and participate in industry conferences. The AM will work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes and expand their use of the Torque platform.
Key Responsibilities
Account Growth & Retention
- Own the full client relationship for an assigned portfolio of enterprise accounts serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that map customer business goals to Torque platform capabilities, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and expanding Quali’s footprint.
- Secure renewals by proactively understanding contract timelines, identifying renewal risk early, and positioning the value of continued and expanded partnership.
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts expanding licenses, user adoption, and platform usage across departments and business units.
- Lead regular Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and cadence calls to align on customer priorities, platform usage, and mutual success metrics.
- Collaborate with TAMs and Customer Success to ensure customers are fully onboarded, driving adoption, and achieving their desired outcomes with Torque.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally relaying feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing to inform roadmap and go-to-market decisions.
Partner-Sourced New Business
- Develop and nurture relationships with channel partners, systems integrators, and technology alliance partners operating in the Central and Eastern US.
- Work collaboratively with partners to identify, qualify, and advance new logo opportunities through joint account planning, co-selling motions, and partner-led deals.
- Represent Quali at partner events, regional field events, and industry conferences to build pipeline and brand awareness in the territory.
- Maintain a healthy partner-sourced pipeline and accurately forecast new logo opportunities in Salesforce alongside the existing account book of business.
Requirements
- 4+ years of enterprise SaaS account management experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas across renewals, expansion, and new logo targets.expansion revenue, and new logo targets.
- Experience managing a portfolio of named enterprise accounts and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder organizations up to the C-suite.
- Prior experience sourcing and closing new business through channel partners, systems integrators, or technology alliances.
- Solid understanding of recurring-revenue SaaS sales processes including renewal motions, expansion plays, and partner co-sell.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment where adaptability and initiative are essential.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales engagement tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for both technical and executive audiences.
- Located in the Central or Eastern US time zone with ability to travel 25 to 35% within the territory.

AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS ENGINEER
Location: Austin, TX
We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Solutions Engineer with hands-on expertise across multiple domains, including networking, compute, storage, and containerized infrastructure. This role involves developing, integrating, and automating complex environments through advanced scripting, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
You will work closely with our customers and internal engineering, product management, and technical success teams to design, build, and deploy robust automation workflows that streamline deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of multi-domain infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation workflows that integrate across compute, storage, networking, and cloud-native layers.
- Develop infrastructure-as-code templates and reusable modules using Python, Ansible, Terraform, and Helm.
- Translate technical documentation and architectural designs into executable automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, DevOps, product, support) to deliver end-to-end automated solutions.
- Troubleshoot integration issues across hybrid environments (on-prem, virtualized, and cloud).
- Maintain high standards of code quality, documentation, and version control.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of deployment processes, templates, and automation best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in automation, DevOps, or software engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency in one or more scripting or programming languages (Python preferred).
- Working knowledge of Ansible, Terraform, and Helm for orchestration and infrastructure automation.
- Experience with virtualization (VMware, KVM) and container platforms (OpenShift, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of networking (Cisco, Juniper), storage systems, and Linux-based environments.
- Ability to read and operationalize complex technical documentation (such as vendor validated designs).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT
Location: Austin, TX
Quali is seeking a Solutions Architect to be a key technical leader throughout the customer journey – from early-stage sales conversations to hands-on POCs and successful production deployments. You will act as a trusted advisor and DevOps subject matter expert, bringing deep expertise in infrastructure automation, cloud services, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code to support enterprise customers. This is a hybrid role involving pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, and post-sales delivery, working closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure technical alignment and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical focal point during sales cycles, including customer meetings, technical deep dives, demos, and architecture discussions.
- Lead the design and execution of POCs to demonstrate the value of Quali’s automation platform in real-world customer environments.
- Provide hands-on assistance in deploying Quali’s platform using best practices in automation cloud, and DevOps tooling.
- Act as a trusted advisor and SME for DevOps topics including automation, IaC, cloud infrastructure, scripting, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Assist in creating repeatable, scalable architectures and reference deployments.
Requirements
- 4+ years in DevOps, infrastructure automation, or related engineering roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CFN, Helm, etc.).
- Proficiency in scripting or programming (e.g., Python, Bash, Go, PowerShell).
- Familiarity with CI/CD platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Gitlab CI).
- Experience with virtualization/containerization (e.g., VMWare, Docker, Kubernetes).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a technical pre-sales or solution architect capacity.
- Experience with Quali products or similar infrastructure orchestration platforms.
- Background in telecommunications, large-scale enterprise environments, or complex networking infrastructures.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and customer environments.
