Our growth is accelerated through strategic partnerships with companies including Dell, Hitachi Vantara, and Cisco, helping us reach and support some of the world’s most demanding engineering organizations.
We’re a product-driven company with deep technical DNA, and we’re growing fast.
The Role
We’re hiring a Marketing Operations & Executive Partner, a hybrid role ideal for someone who wants to own the mechanics of modern marketing while gaining meaningful visibility into how a high-growth company runs at the executive level.
This is primarily a marketing operations position. You’ll manage campaigns, tools, and analytics to help us execute faster, cleaner, and smarter. In parallel, you’ll coordinate executive and board-level meetings and materials, offering a unique opportunity to operate close to leadership and impact how the company runs.
Responsibilities
- Execute and manage outbound customer communications (newsletters, product updates, partner campaigns).
- Run webinars and digital/in-person events end-to-end, including registration, team coordination, and logistics.
- Maintain and enforce the marketing calendar, driving follow-through across content, events, and campaigns.
- Manage campaign execution (segmentation, workflows, performance tracking).
- Build dashboards and reports to track funnel performance, campaign ROI, and content engagement.
- Support sales and partner enablement, ensuring materials are current, accessible, and aligned across teams.
Executive Coordination (Strategic Exposure)
- Coordinate board meetings and executive sessions, helping prepare materials, schedules, and communications.
- Ensure smooth follow-up and alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as a point of coordination for executive logistics, without owning personal assistance or travel tasks.
Operational Tools
- Manage day-to-day usage of HubSpot for campaign execution, segmentation, list management, and performance reporting.
- Administer and maintain SharePoint as a central hub for board materials, internal documents, and knowledge management.
- Support basic internal operations through collaborative tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Confluence), ensuring workflows are smooth and content is accessible.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or demand generation.
- Fluency with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform.
- Strong written communication and organizational skills; attention to detail under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple timelines and drive cross-functional accountability.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, webinars, social, events).
- Confidence producing campaign and performance reports.
- Track record coordinating executive-level deliverables or high-visibility meetings.
- Familiarity with partner marketing or working across distributed teams.
