Today, May 14th 2026, Quali announced full Sovereign AI infrastructure support in Torque. Sovereign AI is not a cloud region. It is not a data residency checkbox. It is documented proof that every AI workload in your organization runs under defined policy, within defined boundaries, governed by a control plane your organization owns and operates.

Torque delivers exactly that  the operational foundation regulated enterprises and government organizations need to enforce governance, policy, and infrastructure control across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. This is not a roadmap item. These capabilities are in production today.

They are in production today, across regulated enterprise and government customers who require documented proof of governance before AI workloads can be authorized to run.
